One week is 7 nights with departure on 8th morning. We are flexible on the turnover days for all reservations.
APRIL 1, 2013 - AUGUST 31, 2013:
$650/week, $110 night.
SEPTEMBER 1, 2013 - DECEMBER 31, 2013:
$675/week, $115 night.
Note: One night rsvns accepted at a rate of $150 plus tax, housecleaning & hot tub cleaning fees
for the night).
ADDITIONAL CHARGES (NONREFUNDABLE):
Hot Tub Cleaning Fee: $55.00 (Spa is drained, cleaned, re-chemicalized and refilled
after each guest).
Housecleaning Fee: $85.00
Pet Fee: $100.00 for 1 small pet up to 35 lbs, $150 for 1 large pet up to 65
lbs. (Paid for pest control & housecleaning for extra deep cleaning).
CHECK-IN TIME: 2:30 PM
CHECK-OUT TIME: 10:30 AM
SECURITY DEPOSITS: A security/damage deposit of $150.00 is required to secure a booking and will be returned within one (1) week from date of departure after the unit has been cleaned and the condition of the unit and its contents verified. If no pets, the security deposit will be reduced to $100. We accept personal checks, cashiers checks, and money orders. Credit cards via PayPal. Full payment by the renter, including payment of the hot tub cleaning fee, housecleaning fee and pet fee (if applicable) is required at least one week prior to arrival unless previously arranged with owners. If booking is made WITHIN one week prior to arrival, the entire amount of the rental is to be sent in the form of a credit card via PayPal. This is the only way we can confirm a short-notice reservation.
CANCELLATION POLICY: We will happily provide a full refund with 30 days notice prior to the reserved dates with a 3% processing fee. If you have arrived at the property and you cannot stay for the duration of your reserved period due to weather, change of plans, illness, road conditions, early departure or an Act of God beyond anyone's control, your payment and/or deposits/fees MAY NOT BE REFUNDED and you will be responsible for the time reserved. We will work with you to reschedule your vacation if possible.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR WINTER GUESTS:
Travel in the mountains in winter can be very different than down in the valley. It may be sunny in town but a mini-blizzard could be raging above. We suggest the following, no matter where you stay in the mountains:
We STRONGLY advise winter travelers to have access to a 4WD VEHICLE AND CHAINS. You may not need them but if you do, you'll have them. You may also want to check into Traveler's Insurance. Here are some companies that have their own websites that you may want to inquire as to rates:

Please note that Hoot 'N Holler Vacation Rental or the owners are NOT affilitated with any of these companies in any way but it's not a bad thing to have the cost of your trip guaranteed no matter what time of year you go, or where you go, but especially winter time in the mountains.
IMPORTANT: Please do not rely on your GPS to get you to the cabin. It will try to take you the quickest way, not necessarily the BEST way for mountain driving. Please utilize the written directions and map that will be sent to you. Thank you!
